On Thursday, March 27, join us as Executive Sous Chef Steven Wan provides an exclusive, head-to-tail dining experience featuring Lumina Lamb. Pair each course with expertly selected New Zealand wines and finish the evening on a sweet note with decadent dessert crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Abegail Naguit. A portion of the dining experience will support a local charity, with the first dinner benefiting the LA fires through GiveDirectly.
