Reflecting Dubai’s international allure, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, DIFC integrates restorative traditions from around the globe with native Middle Eastern rituals. This holistic approach to wellness offers diverse treatments, including the "East Meets West" massage—a 90-minute experience combining techniques from Bali, Mexico, India, and the Philippines. Located within The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, the spa also provides facials, body treatments, and specialized treatments for men.

  • When should I arrive?

  • For enhanced comfort and relaxation, we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

  • What about my jewelry and valuables?

  • Lockers are available for personal items. If you are a hotel guest, it is advisable to leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room.

  • Should I shave before a treatment?

  • For gentlemen, shaving before a facial is recommended but not necessary. If you choose to shave, please do so at least two hours before your appointment. Shaving is not recommended before body treatments or hair removal services.

  • What should I wear during my treatment?

  • During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided. All treatments can be enjoyed by both male & female guests, but the gender of your therapist will always be that of the guest.

  • What about my comfort?

  • To maintain a tranquil environment, please switch off all cell phones and pagers. Your spa experience is meant to be fully enjoyed, so if you experience any discomfort regarding room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or other conditions, please inform your therapist immediately.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

 The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dubai International Financial Centre services and facilities are for guests 18 years of age or older.

What if I am late for my appointment?

To enhance your spa experience, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment to relax in the sauna and steam rooms. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time, affecting its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Treatments will end on time to avoid delaying the next guest, and the full value of your treatment will be charged.

What is the cancellation policy?

To avoid being charged the full-service fee, please notify the spa at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

What about gratuities?

Gratuities are distributed to the spa staff who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be given at your discretion.

What about payment for spa services?

We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your hotel bill. Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams and include a 10% service charge and 10% Municipality fees.

  • When making a reservation please notify the agent of any medical conditions, allergies, physical ailments or disabilities, and if you are pregnant.

  • There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, but many can be enjoyed.

Enjoy direct access to the heated indoor swimming pool as well. One-on-one personal training sessions are available to guide you through an exercise routine or create a personalized program for you to follow at home, including nutritional information and body composition tests.
