Dining

Our resort’s culinary focus is on elemental ingredients- transforming them through technique and seasoning. Salt offers AAA Five Diamond dining, Coast highlights local seafood, Tidewater Grill ambience is Lowcountry-inspired and Coquina samples the Amelia Island’s Eight Flags culinary heritage.

Salt Closing for Dramatic Re-Imagination

After more than two decades as Northern Florida’s mecca of Five Diamond fine dining, unforgettable moments and numerous awards, Salt will serve its last meal on Thursday October 31st, 2024 as Chef Okan Kizilbayir, General Manager Phil Huber and Salt’s ladies and gentlemen prepare for the next chapter in the transformation of this iconic culinary destination. Fine dining patrons can still enjoy extraordinary cuisine in November and December as the Salt team debuts an exclusive series pop-up events and remarkable wine dinners in the resort’s elegantly casual Tidewater Grill restaurant.
