Meeting Spaces in Beijing

The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom

The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom is the only luxury hotel ballroom in Beijing featuring built-in motorized LCD projectors and mood-enhancing intelligent lighting installed on its ceiling. The eight-meter ceiling also allows for spectacular audiovisual productions.

The Temple of Earth

Located north of the hotel is the Temple of Earth meeting room. In Imperial China, the temple was the site of the emperors’ private ceremonies. Today, intimate and private business meetings can be conducted in the hotel’s Temple of Earth accommodating up to 30 participants, depending on seating arrangements.

The Temple of Heaven

The 250-square-meter ballroom with a 3.5 meter high ceiling is divisible into two sections and can accommodate up to 220 theatre-seated guests and 140 for banquets.

Illuminated by 35 Murano-blown glass peony flower shaped chandeliers and sparkling Liu Li colored glass inlays in each ceiling panel for good fortune, the 504-square-meter ballroom can accommodate up to 450 guests for receptions and 320 for seated dinners. This grand Beijing ballroom is divisible into three separate event spaces and features a 200-square-meter pre-function area. 

Temple of Heaven

The hotel exterior’s contemporary design of glass and chrome provides the Temple of Heaven ballroom with floor-to-ceiling tempered glass windows, thus allowing natural daylight to fill the room. In Imperial China, the emperors would pray in the Temple of Heaven for good harvests. This ballroom pays homage to its name, making it a perfect venue for memorable wedding banquets.

Outside Catering

The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street introduces outside catering, from tea breaks and international buffets to gala dinners. For outdoor events or themed event services, prices are negotiable based on the type of venue and location. E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
