Do I need to be a hotel guest to receive a Spa treatment?
The Spa treatment price includes the use of the Spa facilities before or after the treatment for an unlimited time.
What time shall I arrive?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment time. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction in the treatment time.
Please be advised and accept the cancellation policy which states that a 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Additional information?
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

Do I shave before the treatment?
Shaving is not necessary, especially before a treatment that includes exfoliation.
