Romain Valicon, Executive Chef

Originally from Lyon, Chef Romain Valicon begun his formidable career with Christian Têtedoie, Gilles Maysonnave, Daniel Ancel and the renowned Paul Bocuse. From his time in the Caribbean, Spain, France, and cruise ships he was elected to the Culinary Academy of France and named Chef of the year, then won his 4 AAA diamonds for his Bamboo restaurant in Punta Cana. In 2022 he became Maître Cuisinier de France and Joseph Favre Gold Medalist before joining the kitchens of the Ritz-Carlton in Montreal.
