A Crossroads of Culinary Cultures

Dining

Centuries ago, the world came together to exchange goods and ideas in Saudi Arabia. Today, our local culinary tradition reflects that. Fine, simple ingredients are brought to life through flavorful spices, and there's an open seat at every table for friends and strangers alike. At Nujuma, dining is beyond necessity; it’s a ritual rooted in history, driven by intrigue and rewarded with meaningful connections.

Sita

All-Day Dining With an Arabian Touch

Like the old bazaars that inspired its inception, Sita is an experience that unfolds the further one explores. Named for its six pavilions, the all-day dining venue features two main areas. In the French-style patisserie, delicate sweet and savory selections are paired with specialty coffee and tea. And in the Levantine restaurant, a centerpiece clay oven entices with the aroma of fresh bread, hummus is prepared at the moment and a vast spice library is used to flavor colorful dishes.

Breaking Bread

A Tribute to Tradition

Arrival at Sita is marked by two tributes to Arab culture: a monumental clay oven and the scent of freshly baked bread. Guests are encouraged to observe as our resident bakers ply dough into flavorful pitas and loaves that will arrive still warm to diners in the restaurant. However, they’re also invited to step into the open-air kitchen to experience this time-honored tradition themselves with our hands-on bread-making master class.
