November 28, 30, & December 1: Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simón’s Thanksgiving Brunch features courses that celebrate the coastal harvest. During the two-hour à la carte experience, individually plated seasonal delicacies can be ordered in any quantity. Specially on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, Chef Simón will present Traditional Early Bird Organic Turkey.

November 28: Autumn-inspired Navio classics and enhanced offerings come to life on the seven-course Chef’s Thanksgiving Tasting Dinner. The menu features sustainable, local ingredients that harmonize with exquisite Old and New World wine pairings. Specially on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, Chef Simón will prepare Traditional Early Bird Organic Turkey to commemorate the evening.
