Can we book just our ceremony, and not our reception, at The Ritz-Carlton?
Ceremony locations are reserved exclusively for couples hosting their receptions at the hotel. Please contact the hotel’s catering sales team if you would to inquire about ceremony options.
Are there certain specific times for hosting your wedding ceremony and reception?
Although we do not have "set" start and end times, we do book wedding ceremonies and receptions in five-to-six-hour increments between the following times: Daytime events may be scheduled between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Evening events may be scheduled between 5 p.m. and 1:30 a.m.
Is there a room rental when we book our wedding?
A ceremony rental applies to all ceremony venues and includes setup, microphone, sound system, and a dedicated sound technician. A food and beverage minimum applies to all reception venues based on the day of the week and season.
