When it came to outfitting the restaurants at Zadún, Executive Chef Rodrigo Torres and Food & Beverage Leaders, traveled throughout Mexico to find the perfect artisan-designed pieces for every table. At Candil, hand-blown glass artfully enveloped in wire is much like the agave plant; a tough exterior protecting the delicate treasure within.
