While no specific vaccinations are universally mandatory for entry into Kenya, requirements may vary based on your country of origin or recent travel history—some travelers may need to present a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate.
We strongly recommend checking with your local health authorities or travel clinic at least eight weeks before departure to confirm the latest health requirements and recommendations. Though malaria risk is minimal in the Masai Mara, your healthcare provider can advise on any preventive measures suited to your itinerary, allowing you to travel with confidence and peace of mind.
To cultivate an atmosphere of tranquility and ensure the well-being and safety of all our guests, we have established a minimum age requirement of six years. Families can enjoy tailored activities that make the safari adventure engaging for young explorers. Contact us for customized family-friendly experiences.

Pack light, breathable clothing in neutral tones, long-sleeved shirts and pants for sun and insect protection, and comfortable closed-toe shoes for safaris. Bring a jacket or sweater for chilly mornings and evenings. Don’t forget a hat and sunglasses for sun protection.
Remember to pack light and consider any luggage restrictions that may apply to your mode of travel. Most importantly, pack an open mind and a sense of adventure for your unforgettable safari in Masai Mara.
Kenya’s unique position along the equator ensures a consistently pleasant climate throughout the year, with only subtle seasonal shifts. From December to March, expect warm, sun-kissed days averaging 30°C (86°F), while the migration months of July to September bring slightly cooler, refreshing temperatures.
Evenings in the Masai Mara are beautifully crisp, with temperatures dipping to around 15°C (59°F)—a perfect contrast to the warmth of the day. Though it rarely gets colder, the gentle evening breeze adds a touch of wilderness serenity to your nights under the African sky.
The Great Migration is one of nature’s most breathtaking spectacles, a timeless journey of over two million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles across the Serengeti and Masai Mara in search of fresh grazing lands.
From July to October, the Mara becomes the stage for the dramatic river crossings, where herds brave the crocodile-laden waters of the Mara River—a sight both thrilling and awe-inspiring. January to March marks the calving season, when thousands of newborns take their first steps, drawing the attention of Africa’s great predators. As the cycle continues, the herds move north between April and June, before slowly returning south in November and December.
Our Camp is perfectly positioned near the migration route, offering unparalleled front-row seats to one of the world’s greatest natural wonders.
2025 Park entry fees per day are $100 (Jan–June) / $200 (July–Dec) for adults and $50 for children (9-17 years). Children below 8 years of age enter for free.
Fees can be paid directly at the entrance gate of the park, or we could pre-pay for you in advance for a seamless experience. A prepayment of the park fees and a passport copy of each guest will be required.
