The restaurant is a culinary journey 400 years in the making and is inspired by a group of samurai who sailed from Japan to Spain for an audience with the king. It pays homage to José’s Spanish roots and inventive style while celebrating Spanish and Japanese techniques and flavors.
The Tour de José is a private guided evening through four incredible restaurants and bars. You’ll start at Zaytinya, celebrating the flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar, where you’ll have a glass of José’s own sparkling wine and a taste of the world’s most famous olives. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar and end at Nubeluz, where you’ll be treated to stunning views, cocktails, and caviar.
