The setting for our Okinawa spa is perfect to experience the array of treatments highlighting indigenous ingredients, including the Getto plant and tiger clam shells, and local healing practices such as the detoxifying Yambaru Umikaji. With a vitality pool, relaxation cabanas, a dry sauna, and a Japanese coral-tiled steam room, the spa provides a peaceful retreat where guests can easily spend the day.

Yambaru Umikaji - Detoxifying Body Treatment
The ultimate detoxifying body treatment. Purify and rejuvenate the mind and body with this holistic Okinawan treatment, featuring indigenous essential oils and the warmest tiger clam shells.
Fu-Chi-Bah Scalp
Feel tension slip away as targeted massage with a warmed herbal poultice containing the locally grown FU-CHI-BAH herb which releases muscular pressure while deeply calming and clearing the mind.

Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our ESPA reservations team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All spa treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.
Arrival Time
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultation Form. We recommend you arrive up to 1 hour in advance of your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
The spa will provide luxurious towels, robes and slippers and any amenities required for use during your spa visit.

The following spa facilities are available at The Ritz-Carlton Spa Okinawa, steam room, power showers, vitality pool and hot dipping pools, spa changing and relaxation areas.
Gym
A state-of-the-art gym equipped with the TechnoGym cardio vascular and strength machines and free weights area. Personal trainers are on hand to help you prepare for sporting events, specific goals or assistance with the creation of a life-changing fitness routine. The Gym is available to hotel guests and day spa guests.
Swimming Pool
The indoor Swimming Pool ajoins the Spa Café terrace area and is available to hotel guests and day spa guests.
Spa Café
Offering a lite fair of nutritional and healthy salads, sandwiches and beverages in beautiful forest surroundings.

Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full-service fee. Any appointments rescheduled within the twenty-four (24) hour window will incur a move fee of 3000 yen. Cancellations of packages or private parties require one week’s notice.
Spa Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, Blackberry, pager, camera and smoke free zone.
Health Conditions
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.
Homecare
To continue your spa experience at home, most products are available at the ESPA reception.
Valuables
The Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises.
Lost Property
All lost property found on the premises will be turned over to Hotel Loss Prevention.
