How early do I need to arrive for my massage or treatment appointment?
Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment times.

What kind of clothing should I wear for my treatment?
Guests can change clothes in the spa locker room prior to spa treatments. Our hotel also allows guests to travel between guest rooms and the spa wearing a bathrobe and slippers.

Is there any age restriction on spa services or facilities?
Yes. Guests under 16 years of age can use the indoor pool and spa area, accompanied by an adult. The gym is not available to guests under 16 years of age.

What is the cancellation policy?
Guests need to notify the spa of cancellation at least one day prior to the appointment time. Otherwise, a hotel charge of 100% of the treatment price will apply.

Does the fitness center have rental items?
Yes. We can provide t-shirts, athletic pants, shoes and swimming wear for a fee of JPY 550 per item.

The spacious, indoor heated pool area offers a relaxing view of the garden outside through the windows. The 80cm-deep pool is also ideal for use by small children.

The Fitness Center at our spa hotel in Osaka is fully equipped with a wide variety of machines to suit all your exercise needs. The indoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, baths, and saunas overlook the inner garden, which changes its character with the seasons. Visit the Fitness Center and allow us to help you relax comfortably in your home away from home. Staying guests can use the fitness gym, pools, and Jacuzzis for free. Use of the Spa Area (private lockers, baths, and saunas) is 1,100 yen per person. Guests under 16 years of age are welcome between the hours of 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. with the exception of the Gym and need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
