How early should I arrive for my treatment?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
 
What should I wear for my treatment?
Guests may change in the spa locker room. Bathrobes and slippers are available, and guests may travel between guest rooms and the spa in these.
 
Are there age restrictions for spa services and facilities?
Yes, guests under 16 may access the indoor pool and spa area only with adult supervision. The gym and body treatments are available for guests aged 18 and above, and facial treatments from 16.
 
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least one day in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 100% fee.
 
Are rental items available at the fitness center?
Yes, t-shirts, athletic pants, shoes, and swimwear are available for JPY 550 per item.

*Guests with tattoos, including small fashion tattoos, are kindly requested not to use the spa area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Open: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Only the Gym Area is available 24 hours. (10 p.m. – 7 a.m. / No staff on duty).
Our gym is equipped with weight training and cardiovascular exercise equipment to suit guests’ needs.

*Staying guests may come to Fitness Center from their rooms wearing the provided bath robes and slippers. Please relax, like you are at home.
*Staying guests can use the pool area from the time they check in until they check out.
*The gym is not available to guests under 16 years of age.
*Guests are kindly requested to cover all tattoos, including small fashion tattoos, to ensure a comfortable experience for all. We ask that tattoos be concealed using the taping provided by the hotel or by wearing a rash guard or rental attire. (Please note that the availability of rash guards and rental wear is limited.)

The spacious, indoor heated pool area offers a relaxing view of the garden outside through the windows.
The 80cm-deep pool is also ideal for use by small children.
