The Club Level
Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the resort's new Vanderbilt Tower, the new Ritz-Carlton Club Level is an oasis for the discerning traveler. Club Level guests receive dedicated concierge service including check-in hosted in the lounge, an exclusive full bar, private office space, an inviting lounge and dining room featuring five daily culinary presentations, as well as a private kids space. Beyond the culinary and beverage offerings, guests will find curated daily engagements within the private lounge, and enhanced services and amenities throughout the resort.
The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Club Level guests receive dedicated concierge service including check-in hosted in the lounge, an exclusive full bar, private office space, an inviting lounge and dining room featuring five daily culinary presentations, as well as a private kids space. Beyond the culinary and beverage offerings, guests will find curated daily engagements within the private lounge, including tastings with the resort's sustainable farm partners, bespoke demonstrations by local artisans, and enhanced services and amenities throughout the resort.
Children are delighted by the newly added Kids room in the Club Lounge with games, puzzles, books and more. The private Kids Lounge includes a life-size chalk wall, a collection of favorite books, and stuffed toys. A game wall includes a full-size Connect Four board, favorite board games for play with up to four friends, and television for movie viewing. A life-size kitchen replica including sink, range, and oven allows imagination to take flight and life-long memories to be created in this unique play space.
Young Hunter and his family were in Naples for a family getaway and celebration of Hunter’s fifth birthday. Upon meeting Hunter his passion for cars and Porsches, in particular, were adorably apparent to the Club Lounge team as he impressively shared various fun facts and details about the cars. Knowing it was Hunter’s birthday, the Club Lounge team wanted to coordinate a special surprise for this young auto enthusiast and his fascination with Porsches provided the perfect inspiration for the team.
Club Supervisor, Margaret, worked to reserve a Porsche and driver making sure it would be available on the front drive before the family’s birthday dinner. Club Concierge, Patty, then escorted the family to the front drive where Hunter was warmly greeted by several of the resort’s Ladies and Gentlemen, a happy birthday sign and a Porsche. Hunter was super excited and genuinely surprised to see his dream car on the drive. With his family’s permission, doorman Juan took Hunter for a few laps around the front drive.
To commemorate the experience the Club Lounge team took various photos of the occasion. Select images were then framed and placed in the guest’s room so Hunter and his family would always have keepsake from this special day.
