Designed as a Music Piece

In a metaphorical symphony, the architectural design mirrors the structure of a sonata, bringing to life two opposing themes – past and future. Drawing its unique character from a playlist of specially composed pieces by the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, the suite immerses you in music from the moment you enter. Facing Beethoven Park, it echoes the premiere of his Symphony No. 9 in Vienna in 1824.

Heritage-Protected Frescos

Situated within the former Palais Gutmann, named after the rags-to-riches family who once owned it, the suite still preserves an original masterpiece by August Eisenmenger. Adorning the area around the living room chandelier, the ceiling from the former Belletage depicts twelve months represented by angels. Eisenmenger also painted the famous Golden Hall ceiling fresco of the Vienna Musikverein.
