El Mirador
El Mirador enjoys perhaps the most enviable location of all of our restaurants, perched on a cliff’s edge near our Villa Club, with panoramic views across the Atlantic Ocean towards La Gomera island. Overseen by chef César González, it specializes in locally sourced seafood as well as dishes such as paella and arroz caldoso and Canarian terramar cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant also benefits from a wonderful outdoor terrace and garden and its own secluded infinity pool.
Do justice to the most important meal of the day at La Veranda, serving a superb buffet breakfast in the heart of the Citadel. Our guests have their pick of more than 150 food specialties, including local fruit, freshly prepared pastries from our patisserie, Serrano hams and other Spanish options, to enjoy either indoors or on our sunny terrace overlooking the Cascade pool or the golf course.
