Honored with a Michelin star, our Japanese fusion restaurant, Kabuki offers a range of different spaces providing subtly different experiences, as well as spectacular views across the resort and the Atlantic Ocean. The attention to detail in the menu and the exquisite fusion of flavors permeates every dish, creating unforgettable experiences. Complement your evening with an extensive drinks menu that offers an elaborate collection of world-class wines, sake, beers and innovative Japanese fusion cocktails. Reservations are required. El Mirador

A Panoramic Paradise for Epicurean Travelers

El Mirador enjoys perhaps the most enviable location of all of our restaurants, perched on a cliff’s edge near our Villa Club, with panoramic views across the Atlantic Ocean towards La Gomera island. Overseen by chef César González, it specializes in locally sourced seafood as well as dishes such as paella and arroz caldoso and Canarian terramar cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant also benefits from a wonderful outdoor terrace and garden and its own secluded infinity pool.

La Veranda

The Breakfast Buffet, Done the Canarian Way

Do justice to the most important meal of the day at La Veranda, serving a superb buffet breakfast in the heart of the Citadel. Our guests have their pick of more than 150 food specialties, including local fruit, freshly prepared pastries from our patisserie, Serrano hams and other Spanish options, to enjoy either indoors or on our sunny terrace overlooking the Cascade pool or the golf course. Refreshments include a full range of coffees and teas, or a glass of champagne if you prefer.
