We have been frequenting this property since spring of 2006. During our last four stays it became increasingly clear that your staff had become more like family than like staff. Our every need was anticipated and we were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff and the beauty of the property. Our latest trip was our most spectacular to date, and I wanted to just give you a glimpse into how it went. When we pulled up into the carport we were spotted and greeted immediately! I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to hear, "Welcome home!" when we pull up! After hugging everyone all around (I can't help myself, I *love* your staff!) we were helped upstairs where we were greeted by your most amazing Maison Orleans staff.

Our homemade Bloody Marys were ready as soon as we passed through the door and they even remembered that I like mine spicy while my husband likes his normal. It's always nice to be greeted by someone who has taken care of us for over 10 years. They are all such amazing people that I cannot imagine ever going downstairs to breakfast and not seeing their smiling faces. The concierges always let us know about interesting sights around the city and new things to do. No matter how busy they are they always have time for a kind word and a smile for everyone.

From the manager to the concierge team they always act like it is their pleasure to take care of any and everything that we needed. It seems that no issue is too large or too small for this team to tackle! As always they are consummate professionals who go above and beyond the call of duty for their guests. We have always loved the concierges there and the new ones are just as fabulous as the ones who have been there for a while. I just cannot tell you how much everyone, *everyone* on the staff means to us. I could go on glowing about our trips and our wonderful time with your staff forever. Suffice it to say, they are rare jewels. Please don't let any of them get away. Thank you again for sharing your incredible property and staff with us. We are truly privileged to be able to come and stay at such a wonderful, magical place! I wanted to let you know how much we LOVE the people and the property there. Please don't change anything!
